A majority of Britons surveyed would rather see Democrats win control of Congress in the U.S. midterm elections, according to a POLITICO poll conducted by PF Global. The poll also found that respondents viewed a Republican victory as riskier for the world.
Overall, 40% said they preferred a Democratic win, compared with 15% who favored Republicans.
Among supporters of Reform UK, the right-wing party led by Donald Trump ally Nigel Farage, 27% said they wanted Republicans to win, while 21% preferred The Democrats.
