A second trial is beginning for the man accused of starting the blaze that sparked the deadly Palisades fire.
The retrial follows the collapse of the first case in June, when the initial attempt to convict him ended in a mistrial.
The proceedings will again focus on the allegation that he started the fire that led to the Palisades blaze.
