Sónar will return to its original format in 2027, with its Day programme taking place on Barcelona’s central waterfront and its Night events returning to Fira Gran Via. The festival also plans to bring Sónar+D back to the Day programme.

The 34th edition will run from Thursday, June 17, to Saturday, June 19. Sónar by Night will take place on Friday, June 18, and Saturday, June 19, at Fira Gran Via, using its four established stages: SonarClub, SonarPub, SonarLab and SonarCar. The wider Sónar Week will include OFFSónar at Poble Espanyol, as well as Sónar District and Sónar Kids at Parc del Fòrum.

The first announced live acts include Bonobo, who will present his latest work, “Distance in Static,” and Tokischa, making her Sónar debut. Yung Lean, Jessie Ware and Cornelius, who is due to present his album “Refractions,” are also on the bill.

Among the announced DJs and live electronic acts are Carl Cox, Peggy Gou, KI/KI, Romy of The xx, Oscar Mulero, Honey Dijon with her “Sinister” project, and Collabs3000, the collaboration between Chris Liebing and Speedy J. The lineup also includes Funk Assault, Aurora Halal live, Ehua & Flore, Frost Children and Goldie, whose performance was postponed after a collarbone injury prevented him from playing in 2026.

The 2026 edition drew 150,000 attendees and marked a change in both leadership, with François Jozic, and location, as the Day and Night programmes were held at Fira Gran Via. For 2027, organisers say the daytime festival will return to a central, accessible part of the city, while the Night programme will resume its traditional two-night format at the venue.

Tickets are on sale in standard and VIP options. SonarPass tickets cover Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night, while SonarPass+D also includes Sónar+D. The Flex payment option allows buyers to request a full refund until February 28, 2027.
